How much does a charter bus cost?
Every vehicle size is quoted, from Sprinters and minibuses to full motorcoaches, for groups of 8 to 500+. Motorcoaches usually carry a 5-hour minimum. Sprinters and small party buses carry a 4–5 hour minimum. Your quote is priced by hand for your exact itinerary.

The season
April through June and the fall wedding season are peak demand. Major local events (graduations, conventions, playoff games) push rates to the top of the range.
Your group size
A 55-seat motorcoach and a 35-seat minibus can price closer than you expect. If your group fits a smaller vehicle, ask us to quote both.
Trip length and distance
Local trips are billed hourly with a 5-hour minimum. Long-distance and multi-day trips switch to a per-day or per-mile rate, whichever is lower for you.
Extras outside the quote
Tolls, parking permits and driver lodging on overnight trips are listed in your quote. Gratuity is your choice.

Is there a minimum booking?▼
Hourly rentals carry a 5-hour minimum. Day rates typically cover up to 10 hours or 250 miles; beyond that, mileage overages apply.
Is the driver's tip included?▼
No. Gratuity is optional and customarily 10–15% of the rental. Many groups ask us to roll it into the invoice so guests don't have to think about it.
What about tolls, parking and driver hotels?▼
Tolls and parking are passed through at cost. On overnight trips you cover the driver's lodging — we recommend a 3-star hotel or better.
