These terms apply to charter bus quotes and bookings made with CharterMyBus. Your written quote sets out the vehicle, times, price and payment terms for your trip.
1. Who we are
CharterMyBus LLC arranges private charter transportation with licensed carriers.
2. Quotes and reservations
Quotes are prepared by hand for each itinerary. Deposit and payment terms are confirmed in your quote.
3. Pricing
Every quote is itemized and priced by a coordinator for your exact itinerary: vehicle, hours or days, mileage, tolls and parking where known, driver gratuity (your choice) and any overnight driver costs. The quote is valid for the period stated on it. We may decline a request we cannot operate safely or at the price requested.
4. First-booking offer
10% off a first booking for new customers on trips over $1,500. One offer per customer, applied to the quote before deposit, subject to availability.
5. Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation terms for each trip are set out in your quote and confirmed in writing before you book.
6. Carriers
Each trip is run by a licensed, insured carrier that provides the vehicle and a professional driver. Our dispatch team is on call 24/7 while your trip is running.
7. Text messages
When you opt in on our quote form, CharterMyBus sends texts about your quote and trip: quote follow-ups, booking confirmations and trip-day updates. Message frequency varies.
